Rakeshia J. Morgan, a distinguished Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, obtained her Master of Science degree from Fuller Seminary School of Psychology in 2000. Following licensure, Ms. Morgan embarked on a multifaceted career path, demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise across various domains.

Her professional journey includes serving as a pivotal figure in The Boeing Company’s Threat Management Team, where she contributed her insights and skills to ensure the well-being of employees. Additionally, she served as a Clinical Supervisor at Fuller Psychological and Family Services, imparting her knowledge and guidance to aspiring therapists.

Ms. Morgan's dedication to education extended to her role as adjunct faculty at Fuller School of Psychology, where she shared her expertise with future mental health professionals. Her diverse experience also led her to serve as the Director of Psychology at Synergy Performance in El Segundo, CA, where she applied her therapeutic skills to enhance performance and well-being of professional athletes and other professional performers of the entertainment industry.

Furthermore, Ms. Morgan gained recognition as a featured therapist on reality TV's R&B Divas of LA, showcasing her ability to connect with various audiences through her compassionate and insightful approach to therapy.

Today, Ms. Morgan leads her own thriving group practice, now located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Her practice has been consistently recognized as the Best of Pasadena and Best of Ontario for nearly a decade, a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence in mental health care.




Stephanie Arrazola, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, obtained her M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in marriage and family therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2014. Bringing over a decade of experience, Stephanie officially joined our team in March 2022.

Stephanie's professional journey includes significant contributions to community mental health clinics. For nearly six years, she provided compassionate therapy to individuals grappling with severe and persistent mental illness in the San Gabriel Valley.

Stephanie's expertise spans a wide array of mental health challenges, from depression and anxiety to trauma, grief, anger, psychosis, and suicidal thoughts. Her adeptness in clinical assessment and precise treatment planning underscores her commitment to providing tailored care.

Stephanie is well-versed in evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT). Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures culturally responsive services for diverse populations.
